USA Trading Depot, LLC stands by the quality of its products. You can ask for a refund or a replacement if any item(s) purchased from usatradingdepot.com or one of our authorized distributors are unsatisfactory in terms of quality or functionality.

Please note that, unless otherwise forbidden by law, the USA Trading Depot 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not valid for items purchased from unauthorized sellers, as we cannot control the quality of our products supplied by such individuals.

How To Claim The Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, please email us atmerw8@msn.com with information about where and when you purchased the product. If your submission gets accepted, you must provide a photo of your goods, proof of purchase, and confirmation number for the Guarantee approval to

Your request for the Guarantee must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges for returning the item.

Exemptions

Perishable products like food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are not protected by the satisfaction guarantee. Additionally, we do not accept returns for gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or intimate or sanitary goods.

Guidelines for Guarantees

In its sole discretion, USA Trading Depot, LLC maintains the right to check information, demand legitimate proof of purchase, and refuse Guarantee requests.

We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase to process your return.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item after it is received and examined. If you get the go-ahead, your refund will be process within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.

Missing or Delayed Refunds (if any)

Check your bank account first if you still need to get a return. Then contact your credit card provider because the refund can take some time to appear on your account.

Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period. Please email us atorders@usatradingdepot.com to inform us if you have yet to receive your reimbursement after following these procedures.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only faulty or damaged products are subject to replacement. Send us an email atorders@usatradingdepot.com if you need to exchange it for an identical item, and a member of our customer service staff will contact you.

Gifts 

You would get a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item were labeled as a gift when purchased and sent to you. You will receive a gift voucher when the returned item is received.

We will refund the gift's giver and let him know about your return if the item wasn't identified as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order delivered to them to give to you later.

Shipping

If you want to make a return, you should submit the product to

If you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to arrive will depend on where you live.

If the shipped item costs more than $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance. We cannot assure you that we will get your returned goods.
